Coach John Harbaugh said Monday that how well Ingram (ankle) holds up in practice will determine his availability for Week 8, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram has the benefit of coming off a full week of rest during Baltimore's bye, and Harbaugh reaffirmed that his injury isn't considered major. Still, given that the veteran running back is nursing a mid-to-high left ankle sprain, it's no lock that he'll be ready to face the Steelers on Sunday. Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins would be in line to split Baltimore's backfield reps if Ingram were forced to miss any time.

Ingram has been diagnosed with a mid-to-high left ankle sprain following an MRI, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram was knocked out of Sunday's win at Philadelphia, receiving a season-low offensive snap share of 12 percent. He only managed five carries for 20 yards, which marked the fifth time in six games in which he failed to surpass 40 yards from scrimmage. The Ravens have entered their Week 7 bye, so Ingram may have enough time to recover for their next contest Nov. 1 against the Steelers. Behind Ingram, Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins are the next running backs up for Baltimore.

Coach John Harbaugh noted Monday that Ingram (ankle) "probably will be back" for the Ravens' next scheduled game, but added "we'll have to see," Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Raven are on bye Week 7 and are slated to play the Steelers on Nov. 1. Ingram thus will have some added healing time to prepare for that contest, but if he ends up not being ready for Week 8 action, added carries would be available for J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards.

Ingram was forced out of Sunday's game against the Eagles with a left ankle injury, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
If Ingram is unable to return to the contest, Gus Edwards, J.K. Dobbins and Justice Hill remain on hand to handle the Ravens' backfield duties Sunday.

Ingram registered 57 rushing yards on 11 carries during Sunday's 27-3 win against the Bengals.
EDGE Analysis
Thus continues the conundrum of investment in the Baltimore backfield, as the Ravens rushed for over 160 team rushing yards without a single RB exceeding 60 scrimmage yards or scoring a touchdown. After garnering 57.9 percent of Baltimore's RB carries in a trouncing of the Bengals, Ingram has the best chance of any Ravens back to fall into the end zone Week 6 against the Eagles' top-12 rush defense.

Ingram recorded eight rushes for 34 yards and a touchdown in Week 4 against Washington. He added one reception for three yards.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram recorded a one-yard rushing touchdown late in the first quarter to tally the first score of the game. Despite that positive start, he earned single-digit rushing attempts for the third consecutive games and has not surpassed 10 attempts in a contest this season. Though he still leads the rotation of three backs that includes J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards, Ingram remains touchdown-reliant, as he lacks both rushing volume and targets in the passing game. Week 5 should be another positive matchup for Ingram, however, as the Ravens will square off against the Bengals.

Ingram rushed seven times for 30 yards in Monday night's 34-20 loss to the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram was also targeted once but failed to connect with quarterback Lamar Jackson. On a night when Baltimore trailed for the majority of the contest, the team's patented ground game never got into gear. Jackson led the Ravens with 83 yards, but no tailback topped 40 yards or garnered more than Ingram's seven carries. That being said, through three games, Ingram has totaled just 136 yards while scoring once, so Monday's performance actually resembled his average outing to date. While the small sample size is surely something to consider, the presence of rookie J.K. Dobbins, whose 38 receiving yards paced all pass-catchers, along with holdover Gus Edwards has resulted in Ingram being leaned on less. Fortunately for him, a Week 4 matchup against Washington should bode well for a Ravens rebound.

Ingram carried the ball nine times for 55 yards and a touchdown and caught two of three targets for 22 yards in Sunday's 33-16 win over the Texans.
EDGE Analysis
His 30-yard TD run in the fourth quarter ended any thought Houston might have had of mounting a comeback, but Ingram didn't do much else on the day, and Gus Edwards surprisingly led the Ravens in rushing yards. With rookie J.K. Dobbins coming off a big debut last week and Lamar Jackson also getting heavy usage on the ground, Ingram's production could remain erratic all year, but if he gets a healthy workload he could deliver a strong return in Week 3 against a Kansas City defense that just gave up over 100 scrimmage yards to both Austin Ekeler and Joshua Kelley in an overtime victory.

Ingram ran for 29 yards on 10 carries during Sunday's 38-6 win against the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
Coming off his third 1,000-yard rushing campaign of the past four seasons, Ingram's 2020 fantasy outlook may be trending downward following Week 1 developments. It was expected that J.K. Dobbins would cut into the veteran's workload this year, but the rookie's goal-line usage forebodes a potential decrease to Ingram's 15 total touchdowns from 2019 -- a critical factor to his fantasy utility. Game flow may have reduced Ingram's touch count in Week 1 with Baltimore carrying a three-possession lead throughout the second half, but it's notable that he had only two games with fewer than 12 carries in 15 appearances last season. In what figures to be a more closely-contested game Week 2 against the Texans, Ingram's workload will be important to monitor as he faces a defense that surrendered 166 rushing yards to the Chiefs on Thursday night.

Ingram is expected to retain his starting job, but the workload could vary from week to week, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram landed in the 12-to-16-carry range in 12 of his 15 regular-season games last year, consistently operating as the lead back ahead of Gus Edwards. The addition of second-round pick J.K. Dobbins makes things a bit more complicated this season, and while the Ravens are a decent bet to lead the league in rushing again, it's also fair to assume Lamar Jackson will account for a big chunk of that production. Now entering the second season of a three-year, $15 million contract, Ingram isn't likely to match his fantasy value from 2019.
