Kevin Ogletree is expected to handle the majority of punt returns in Sunday's game against the Rams.
The Cowboys want to use Dez Bryant selectively on punt returns in an effort to keep him fresh. It's welcome news to owners that have seen Bryant's production fall off precipitously in the second half of games this season.

Kevin Ogletree is considered "likely" to start in place of Miles Austin again this week.
Ogletree can't be used in fantasy leagues because he still doesn't know where to line up. He was outplayed last Monday night by Laurent Robinson, who was just re-signed earlier that week.

Kevin Ogletree caught three passes for 17 yards in Week 3 against Washington.
Ogletree almost singlehandedly cost Dallas the game, losing a fumble early in the contest on his own 22 yard line and dropping what would have been a 24-yard touchdown pass. There's a reason why Dallas has been hesitant to play Ogletree the past three years despite his physical talent, and it was on full display tonight. There are plenty of better options on the waiver wire for Week 4.

Kevin Ogletree is expected to start in Week 3 in place of Miles Austin (hamstring).
Before anyone gets too excited, remember that Ogletree started in place of Dez Bryant (quad) against the Niners and caught just two passes for 50 yards on four targets. The majority of the game plan against the Redskins in Week 3 figures to focus on Jason Witten and Bryant, leaving Ogletree as a mere desperation play.

Kevin Ogletree caught just two passes for 50 yards in Week 2 against San Francisco.
Ogletree drew the start at X receiver, but was hardly a factor throughout the game. Miles Austin and Jason Witten combined for 29 targets, with Ogletree seeing just four. Consider him a non-factor going forward, unless Austin and Bryant are sidelined for the same game.

The Cowboys will start Kevin Ogletree at X receiver in Week 2 if Dez Bryant (thigh, questionable) is inactive.
The Cowboys just don't have any wide receiver depth, which is why they'll push Bryant hard to play. Ogletree has never performed well enough for coach Jason Garrett to use three receivers, and has a career high of 38 yards. If Bryant does sit, Ogletree won't be a fantasy option against San Francisco.

Cowboys WR Kevin Ogletree was arrested Friday afternoon for outstanding warrants after being pulled over for speeding.
Ogletree was discovered to not have paid for a previous speeding violation, and for a citation when he didn't have his driver's license. The charges are clearly minor in nature and should not threaten Ogletree's roster spot. He's expected to open the season as Dallas' No. 3 receiver, though that position doesn't command many pass targets in Jason Garrett's offense.

ESPN Dallas' Tim MacMahon says Kevin Ogletree "probably needs a good two weeks to keep the Cowboys from looking for a proven upgrade on the waiver wire."
In other words, the Cowboys are not comfortable with how Ogletree has performed as the No. 3 receiver. It's a disappointing camp for the talented and speedy Ogletree, who now has the look of a long-term special teamer.

Kevin Ogletree started in place of Miles Austin (hamstring) Sunday night and had three catches for 27 yards.
Ogletree showed nice awareness on a quick-hitter in the first half, spinning to the outside for a 14-yard gain. While Austin's injury isn't serious, Ogletree remains in the lead for the No. 3 receiver job. Sixth-round rookie Dwayne Harris did not catch a pass.

The Dallas Morning News confirms that Kevin Ogletree is in a battle with Dwayne Harris for the No. 3 wideout job.
Harris has been a camp darling and popped off for 127 yards with two touchdowns in the preseason opener. The sixth-round rookie fits best in the slot, where Ogletree is trying to finally emerge. Whoever wins out would only land on the fantasy radar if Dez Bryant or Miles Austin went down.
