Jacobs (calf) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jacobs played through a calf injury during this past Sunday's win at Arizona, notching 14 touches for 58 yards from scrimmage and two rushing TDs on a 53 percent snap share. After the running back's limited practice Wednesday, coach Matt LaFleur told Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site on Thursday that Jacobs was "begging for more reps." Jacobs has yet to take on a full allotment of on-field work this week, meaning Friday's session likely will be key for him to avoid a designation ahead of Sunday's game in Pittsburgh.

Jacobs (calf) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jacobs opened last week with back-to-back limited sessions due to an illness, and the Packers tacked on a calf injury Friday despite the fact he logged a full practice. The health concerns left him questionable for this past Sunday's game at Arizona, but he was able to suit up and continue pacing the Packers backfield to the tune of 14 touches for 58 yards from scrimmage and two rushing TDs. Jacobs has two chances remaining this week to get back to all activity, but it remains to be seen if he'll be able to avoid a game-day designation on this occasion.

Jacobs carried the ball 13 times for 55 yards and two touchdowns and caught his only target for three yards in Sunday's 27-23 win over the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Both TDs came in the second half as the Packers rallied from a 13-6 halftime deficit, with Jacobs hitting paydirt from seven yards out in the third quarter and from the one-yard line in the fourth for the game-winning score. It's the veteran back's third straight game with multiple touchdowns, and while he has yet to reach 100 rushing yards in a game in 2025, Jacobs' eight TDs on the ground and 593 scrimmage yards through six contests have given him plenty of fantasy value. He'll look to keep rolling in Week 8 against the Steelers.

Jacobs (illness/calf) is listed as active Sunday at Arizona, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jacobs was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday due to an illness, but despite the Packers tacking on a calf injury on Friday's practice report, he logged a full session to end Week 7 prep. A questionable designation for Jacobs ensued before Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Saturday evening that the running back was a "true game-time decision." Per Matt Schneidman of The Athletic, Jacobs completed a pregame workout Sunday, after which uncertainty surrounding his availability was extinguished. However, it's unknown if Jacobs will be able to take on his normal 22.6 touches per game. If Jacobs yields some of those reps to the rest of Green Bay's backfield, Emanuel Wilson likely will be the biggest beneficiary, with Chris Brooks also on hand for work.

Jacobs (illness), who remains listed as questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Cardinals, is considered a "true game-time decision," a league source tells Adam Schefter of ESPN.
EDGE Analysis
Jacobs turned in a full practice session Friday despite being listed as dealing with an illness, and Schefter now reports that the Packers don't anticipate being able to confirm his status until Sunday. He had been limited Wednesday and Thursday. That means the final word on Jacobs' availability, or lack thereof, may not arrive until roughly 90 minutes prior to the team's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. Emanuel Wilson will be in line to start at running back for Green Bay if Jacobs is unavailable, while change-of-pace man Chris Brooks would figure to handle the bulk of pass-catching reps. Fantasy managers awaiting news on Jacobs' status will want to scour for Wilson and/or Brooks on their league's waiver wire.

Jacobs (illness/calf) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Arizona despite upgrading to full practice participation Friday, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fantasy managers would rather see the injury designation removed entirely, but an upgrade to full participation, despite the addition of a calf concern to the injury report, is the second-best sign. Jacobs was limited Wednesday and Thursday due to an illness, never missing practice entirely, so there shouldn't be any issues in terms of mental preparation. He'll likely be ready for his normal workload Sunday, after piling up 307 total yards and four TDs over the past two games.

Jacobs (illness) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jacobs is operating with a cap on his reps this week due to an illness, leaving him just one more chance to get back to full Friday, or else risk entering the weekend with a designation for Sunday's contest in Arizona. He's been running on all cylinders the last two games, racking up 49 touches for 307 yards from scrimmage and four rushing touchdowns during that stretch.

Jacobs was limited in practice Wednesday due to an illness.
EDGE Analysis
After a somewhat slow start to the season, Jacobs has been making the most of his workload over the last two games, combining for 307 yards from scrimmage and four rushing TDs on 49 touches. As the Packers kick off Week 7 prep, he's dealing with an ailment, but his ability to practice in some capacity Wednesday indicates he isn't in much danger of missing Sunday's contest at Arizona. Jacobs will have two more chances to get back to all activity ahead of the weekend.

Jacobs rushed the ball 18 times for 93 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 27-18 win over the Bengals. He added five receptions on five targets for 57 yards.
EDGE Analysis
The Packers had an efficient offensive day, both on the ground and through the air. Jacobs unsurprisingly led the way as a rusher, ripping off long runs of 16 and 14 yards -- the latter of which went for a touchdown to kick off the fourth quarter. He also turned in his third straight game with at least four catches. Despite not reaching 100 rushing yards in any game, Jacobs has found the end zone six times in five contests and remains one of the most reliable fantasy contributors at running back.

Jacobs rushed the ball 22 times for 86 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 40-40 tie with the Cowboys. He added four receptions for 71 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Jacobs had only 48 yards at halftime, but he found more room to work as both a rusher and receiver in the second half. The highlight of his performance was an 18-yard touchdown early in the fourth quarter, which was one of his three rushes to go for double-digit yardage. Jacobs also made an impact as a pass catcher, surpassing 70 receiving yards for the fourth time in his career and second time as a Packer. Sunday night's performance was also the first time he surpassed 100 total yards in a game this season, though he has found the end zone in three of four contests.
