Addison (cramps) has returned to Monday's matchup with the 49ers, Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Addison briefly left the game and headed to the locker room after experiencing cramps. Barring any setbacks, he should take on his usual role at receiver and look to build on an already big game.

Addison is questionable to return to Monday's contest against the 49ers due to cramps, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Addison headed to the locker room near the end of the third quarter after experiencing cramps. Prior to that, he was experiencing a career-game with 110 yards and two touchdowns on six receptions. It remains to be seen if he will be able to return Monday.

Addison exited Thursday's game against the 49ers and headed towards the locker room after suffering an apparent foot injury, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Addison was able to walk to the locker room under his own power. The rookie was enjoying a career-game before exiting with six receptions for 110 yards and two trips to the end zone. It remains to be seen what his status will be for the remainder of the game.

Addison secured three of five targets for 28 yards and a touchdown in the Vikings' 19-13 win over the Bears on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Addison served as the de facto No. 1 receiver in Justin Jefferson's (IR-hamstring) absence, but he made much less of an impact than what fantasy managers might have expected coming in. Nevertheless, Addison finished tied with K.J. Osborn for the team lead in targets among wide receivers, and his 10-yard touchdown grab with 12 seconds remaining in the first half made it a serviceable fantasy day overall. Addison has now scored in back-to-back games and in four of his first six career contests overall, but he and the rest of the offense face a tough matchup in a Week 7 Monday night home matchup against the 49ers on Oct. 23.

Addison (ankle) was a full participant in Friday's practice and doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Bears.
EDGE Analysis
Addison's practice reps were managed Wednesday and Thursday, but his full session Friday clears the way for him to enter the Vikings' Week 6 matchup with no restrictions. The rookie first-round pick had already played north of 70 percent of the snaps on offense in three of the team's first five games, but his playing time and target volume should tick up further Sunday after star wideout Justin Jefferson (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve earlier this week. With Jefferson set to miss at least the next four games, the Vikings will likely turn to the likes of Addison, fellow wideouts K.J. Osborn and Brandon Powell and tight end T.J. Hockenson to pick up the slack in the passing attack.

Addison (ankle) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
EDGE Analysis
The rookie wideout had his practice reps capped for the second day in a row on account of an ankle issue, but if he's able to upgrade to full participation Friday, it would likely clear up any concern fantasy managers have about his availability for Sunday's game against the Bears. Assuming Addison is cleared to suit up this weekend, he could be in line for a pronounced role in the Minnesota passing attack along with tight end T.J. Hockenson and fellow wideouts K.J. Osborn and Brandon Powell while the Vikings look to replace star receiver Justin Jefferson (hamstring) and his 10.6 targets per game.

Addison was a limited participant in practice Wednesday due to an ankle injury, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Vikings are already down top wide receiver Justin Jefferson due to a hamstring injury that isn't believed to be season-ending. However, Jefferson's placement on injured reserve Wednesday opens the door for Addison to step into a major role in the offense. Those plans have taken a slight hit with Addison's appearance on the first practice report of Week 6, but he at least has a pair of chances to prove his health before Minnesota potentially clears him ahead of Sunday's game in Chicago. Through five games working behind Jefferson and typically K.J. Osborn this season, Addison still put up a 19-249-3 receiving line on 29 targets.

Addison could see additional targets and snaps over Minnesota's next four games after No. 1 receiver Justin Jefferson (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, Craig Peters of the Vikings' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Addison and K.J. Osborn are likely to see more looks than usual while Jefferson -- who averaged 10.6 targets per game through the first five weeks of the season -- recovers from his hamstring injury. The rookie already has been a strong contributor to Minnesota's offense with more than 50 yards in four of his first five games to go along with three touchdowns, though he also had a game with no catches Week 4 at Carolina (when Kirk Cousins attempted only 19 passes). Jefferson will miss his first game this Sunday against a leaky Chicago defense that has given up 31.4 points per game, so Addison will have a nice opportunity to step up immediately. Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell said Wednesday that he expects to "hit the gas" with Addison this week, noting that everything with the 21-year-old has been positive since he was drafted apart from his July citation for excessive speeding, per Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Addison caught six of nine targets for 64 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-20 loss to Kansas City.
EDGE Analysis
After failing to catch a pass last week against the Panthers, Addison bounced back and led the Vikings in receptions and yardage while grabbing his third TD in five NFL games on a five-yard toss from Kirk Cousins late in the second quarter. The rookie wideout emerged as Cousins' most reliable option in the fourth quarter while Justin Jefferson was sidelined with a hamstring injury, and if Jefferson isn't ready to return in Week 6 against the Bears, Addison could be in line for a big performance.

Addison was not targeted in Sunday's 21-13 win over the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
Addison's goose egg came while quarterback Kirk Cousins managed just 139 passing yards and threw two interceptions, including one that was returned 99 yards for a touchdown. Besides star wideout Justin Jefferson, no Minnesota player caught more than two passes, so Addison wasn't alone in his Week 4 struggles. With a matchup against the high-powered Chiefs next Sunday, Addison could be featured more in order for the Vikings to keep pace.
