Wilson was waived by the Bills on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Wilson joined the team as an undrafted free agent out of Central Michigan. Although he won't start the season on the 53-man roster, it is expected he will be brought back and placed on the team's practice squad.

Wilson, and undrafted free agent, originally was expected to join the Saints, but it appears he'll now get a chance with Buffalo. The Central Michigan product caught 82 balls for 874 yards and 12 touchdowns in 26 games there. He'll work to earn a depth role or perhaps a practice-squad spot with the Bills.
