The Rams worked out free agent DL Jimmy Wilkerson Thursday, but did not offer a contract. It's the first we've heard of Wilkerson since he spent 2011 on injured reserve. It's quite possible the 31-year-old, eight-year veteran has played his final snap.

Wilkerson missed just one game the past four seasons, but was relegated to a reserve pass-rushing role with the Saints last year.
