There may be additional responsibility placed on Higgins next week against San Francisco, as top wideout Nico Collins was removed from Monday's contest and will begin preparation for Week 8 in the concussion protocol.

The Texans have ruled Christian Kirk (hamstring) out for Week 7, per Sam Warren of the Houston Chronicle, which may lead to more playing time for Higgins and the rest of the receivers in Monday's game at Seattle.

Houston's pass attack was held under 200 net passing yards, accounting for yards lost via sack, for a second consecutive week.
