Yahoo! Sports' Jason Cole says the Bills are not expected to tender an offer to restricted free agent WR David Nelson. This goes against what the Buffalo News reported just two weeks ago. Nelson tore his ACL in Week 1 last season, but he's hoping to be full-go for OTAs. Buffalo already released fellow RFA receiver Donald Jones, and Nelson could be next as they overhaul their receiving corps. He's no more than a slot guy.
