Harris hasn't suited up since Week 2 but was given a questionable tag this week after returning to practice on a limited basis for three consecutive days. The receiver and return specialist will spend another week on the sidelines, however, joining fellow pass catchers Tyrell Williams (foot) and Zay Jones (coach's decision) on the inactive list.
