Deiter (foot) will not return this week, Travis Wingfield of the Dolphins' official site reports.

Deiter has been on IR since Oct. 2 with a foot injury he suffered in practice. He had played 100 percent of the Dolphins' snaps before the injury and Greg Mancz has stepped into Deiter's starting center role. Deiter will try to return on Nov. 11 against the Ravens.
