Williams signed a 2015 contract with the Rams on Monday, Howard Balzer of lockerdome reports. Williams was waived by the Rams in November of 2014 but is getting a second chance ahead of the 2015 season. He also spent time with Miami this season and even had a 14-yard reception during his lone game for the Dolphins. The 26-year-old will likely have a hard time earning reps next season as well, if he even makes the team.
