Given the time of the season and the balky back that Williams is playing through, we'd be more surprised if he did practice this early in the week. Williams was able to play Sunday in the win over the Browns, and we expect him to practice -- at least on a limited basis -- Thursday or Friday and go at it again Saturday against the Dolphins.
