Wheeler (thumb) is not included on the Dolphins' inactive list ahead of Sunday's game versus the Bills. Wheeler missed Miami's season opener due to a thumb injury, but will make his 2014 debut Sunday in Buffalo, where the Dolphins will be fielding an unfamiliar linebacking corp in wake of injuries to both Koa Misi (ankle) and Dannell Ellerbe (hip).
