It appears as though Wheaton should be available Sunday against the Ravens, though at this stage his fantasy value needs some re-establishing, with ESPN's Jeremy Fowler having relayed that Darrius Heyward-Bey has, for now, supplanted Wheaton as a starting wideout on the Steelers' depth chart opposite Antonio Brown.
