Weems signed with the Falcons on Thursday. Weems began his NFL career with four seasons for the Falcons, for whom he made the Pro Bowl as a special teams member in 2011. Now, with wideout Drew Davis (foot) destined for the PUP list to begin this season, Weems will have an opportunity make Atlanta's team once again.
