Weems has agreed to a two-year contract to remain with the Falcons, ESPN reports. Weems was signed by the Falcons ahead of last season, but Atlanta's deep receiving corp limited him to just 10 catches for 102 yards and two touchdowns. Nonetheless, Weems will be brought back by the Falcons' new coaching regime, and should still be able to contribute on special teams moving forward.
