Wayne recently underwent surgery to repair a torn triceps and is considering retirement, NFL.com reports. Wayne had 64 receptions for 779 yards receiving and two touchdowns last season, but the triceps injury slowed him late in the season as he had just one reception in three playoff games. It may have been due to the injury, although he missed just one game, but Wayne clearly took a back seat to Donte Moncrief who surpassed him as the No. 2 receiver late in the year. If he returns, it will likely be in a more limited third or fourth receiver role.
