The Seahawks waived Thompson on Tuesday, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.

Thompson signed with the Saints as an undrafted free agent earlier in the offseason before being let go in mid-June. He signed with the Seahawks in late July but was unable to land a spot on the team's 53-man roster. He'll now attempt to seek out other opportunities ahead of the 2023 campaign.
