Seems like quite a lot of money considering he hasn't shown all that much yet (at least as a pass catcher). That's as much as Antonio Gates and Vernon Davis.
If he had a QB - and I HATE giving this example cause it's a Pro Bowl - but he was the MVP when he actually had someone Decent throwing him the football
The dude is extremely talented. Can't blame him for having to catch passes from the likes of Ponder and Cassel in an extremely conservative run first offense the last few years.

Just did an ESPN draft and some idiot picked him 19th Brees was the the next pick Guess I got a good shot in that league!!! lol

Talented or not this is a pretty ridiculous contract all things considered.
