Thomas underwent surgery on his left ankle in late January, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

Thomas dealt with an ankle injury during the first half of the 2021 campaign but played through the issue to close out the season. He underwent surgery on the same ankle following the 2020 season, but the Giants are hopeful that the young left tackle will be back to full strength in time for the start of the offseason program.
