New York Giants quarterback Tommy Devito (forearm) is inactive for Thursday's game against the Dallas Cowboys. The Giants designated DeVito as their emergency third quarterback, so he could technically get into the game if starter Drew Lock and backup Tim Boyle both suffer injuries and cannot return.
