Todd Heap (hamstring) is active for Week 12 against the Rams. Heap last played in Week 4. He was set to return in Week 9 before suffering a setback. Returning to a Cardinals offense with John Skelton under center, Heap is well off the fantasy radar, and should remain so down the stretch.
