Todd Heap caught two passes for 35 yards and a touchdown on two targets versus the Seahawks in Week 17. Sharing snaps with Jeff King and rookie Rob Housler, Heap finished with a 24/283/1 line in his first season with the Cardinals. Turning 32 in March, Heap has missed a total of 10 games the past two seasons. Clearly on the decline, Heap won't be draftable as a TE2 next summer.
