Titans WR Kevin Walter (back, PUP) is not expected back before "near the very end of the season." Walter recently experienced two weeks worth of back spasms, and is now recovering from nerve damage in his leg. The Titans do not have a receiver need, and no reason to rush back Walter. It's possible he won't play at all in '13.
