Titans WR Damian Williams (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 15 on Monday night against the Jets. Williams aggravated his hamstring while trying to pull up on the sideline in Week 13 against the Texans and hasn't played since. As the fourth receiver in Tennessee, Williams wasn't a fantasy option anyways.
