Titans declared WR Damian Williams, MLB Colin McCarthy, DE Scott Solomon, QB Rusty Smith, LB Xavier Adibi, OT Daniel Baldridge, and OG Mitch Petrus inactive for Monday night's game against the Jets. Williams has been dealing with a hamstring injury over the past few weeks, McCarthy is being eased back with a concussion, and Solomon has a knee injury. Tim Shaw will start at middle linebacker for Tennessee.
