Titans coach Mike Munchak "indicated" Tuesday that WR Kevin Walter (back, PUP) is unlikely to play this season. Walter has encountered some "issues" in his recovery from back surgery. Walter went under the knife just before camp, and suffered a setback in October. Signed to a one-year deal in April, Walter will likely head back to the open market without ever playing a game for the Titans.
