Titans coach Ken Whisenhunt believes this is a "make-or-break" year for Jake Locker. We agree. Locker's underwhelming start to his career could be attributed to his injury issues, but he has not been effective even while playing. He has an 18:15 TD-to-INT ratio over the last two seasons (18 games), with a 57.9 completion rate and 6.9 YPA. Locker will be the Titans' Week 1 starter, but he will need a strong, healthy season to remain in Tennessee beyond next season.
