Titans agreed to terms with TE Visanthe Shiancoe. With both Delanie Walker and Craig Stevens dealing with concussions, the Titans were low on bodies at tight end. Released by the Ravens in training camp, Shiancoe has made just four appearances since the end of the 2011 season. Shiancoe is just an emergency option, and shouldn't be used as more than a blocker if he's active for Week 14.
