Smith caught three of four targets for 53 yards during Sunday's 27-25 loss to Atlanta.
EDGE Analysis
Since returning from injury in Week 7, Smith has seen a handful of targets per game, but he'll need to see a few more in order to have fantasy utility with Trevor Siemian under center. Even if Taysom Hill gets the starting nod at quarterback in Week 10, the season-ending loss of Jameis Winston (knee) was a hit to Smith's value, and it will be hard to get excited about his outlook unless he starts becoming a favorite target of either Siemian or Hill. Until then, there are probably better fantasy options to roll the dice on.
