The Texans are characterizing Matt Schaub as day to day with a sore shoulder and a bruised thigh. We suppose it's better than a knee sprain. Schaub wound up with a season-high 51 pass attempts in Week 5, far more than the Texans were targeting entering the game. He took a ton of hits, so it's no surprise that Schaub came out of the contest banged up. Schaub figures to play against the Ravens in Week 6.
