The player rep for free agent RG Jake Scott insists the Titans would "love to have him back" depending on how his market deveolops. This, despite the fact that the Titans elected not to make Scott an offer ahead of free agency and "haven't asked" Scott for a proposal. Unless the Titans completely whiff on upgrading their interior line, Scott will not be back in 2012.
