The Packers have dropped out of the running for free agent DE Dave Tollefson. It looks like he's either headed to the Raiders or Titans. Tollefson is a situational rusher with special teams value, but the Packers weren't going to overpay for a 30-year-old non-starter. He visited Tennessee late this week.
