The Miami Herald suggests Dolphins CB Richard Marshall is a candidate for offseason release. The Fins signed Marshall to a three-year, $16 million deal last offseason, but he struggled in coverage before rupturing two disks in his back in late September. The repair required a "daylong" surgery. Marshall is owed $4.55 million in 2013, and cutting him would save $3.02 million under the salary cap.
