The King County Prosecutor's office still hasn't decided whether to move forward with domestic violence charges against free agent LB Leroy Hill. Hill was arrested on for unlawful imprisonment and third-degree assault charges in January. It's his fourth brush with the law since 2009. Predictably, the 30-year-old Hill has garnered no known interest on the open market.
