The Eagles may use Jeremy Maclin on punt returns this season. New coach Chip Kelly has hinted DeSean Jackson will be the Eagles' primary return man, but Maclin will be in the mix. Maclin was an electrifying returner in college, but has fielded just 13 punts during his four-year career, zero of which came in 2012.
