The Dolphins reached an injury settlement with Devlin and waived him Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of The Baltimore Sun reports. Devlin could return to Miami after spending the last few seasons with the team, but his removal from injured reserve indicates the Dolphins are ready to give him a chance to find work elsewhere.
