The Chiefs insist that Kyle Orton will not be handed the starting quarterback job in Week 13. "It will depend on Tyler [Palko]," coach Todd Haley said. "He's worked hard. He understands the offense. OC Bill Muir's goal is to assimilate his new QB "as quickly as possible" and then play the best option once Orton is up to speed. We still expect to see Orton under center next week.
