The Chiefs have a contractual right of first refusal on free agent Kevin Curtis that was built into his deal when they signed him in January. Curtis played in the Chiefs' playoff loss to the Ravens. The right of first refusal allows Kansas City to match all offers he'll receive on the open market. The 33-year-old shouldn't cost more than the veteran's minimum to sign.
