The Charlotte Observer reports free agent FS Mike Mitchell is drawing interest from the Bears, Eagles, Broncos and Falcons. Mitchell had a breakout 2013 playing for the Panthers on a one-year deal, but is unlikely to be brought back due to salary cap constraints. He appeared in all 16 games last season, finishing with 66 tackles, four interceptions, 3.5 sacks and two forced fumbles. Mitchell can play both safety positions and shouldn't have any trouble landing a multi-year deal.
