The Cardinals tried out free agent DE Marcus Benard. Benard was released with an injury settlement by the Browns last week. He dislocated his elbow in the preseason. Thanks to injuries suffered in an October 2011 motorcycle accident, Benard hasn't appeared in a regular season game in over a year, but is still only two seasons removed from leading the Browns in sacks. He should latch on somewhere before season's end.
