The 32-year-old Campbell had his best success in the NFL under Bengals' OC Hue Jackson while both were in Oakland, and Cincinnati needs a solid, veteran backup behind Andy Dalton. Campbell posted an 11:8 TD-to-INT ratio in eight starts in 2013.
