The Associated Press story claiming Kyle Orton has asked the Broncos to trade him was deleted late Sunday night. The story was published today, saying "So has QB Kyle Orton in a mini-stampede," after referring to Brandon Lloyd and Eddie Royal's trade demands. A Denver AP writer claims the Associated Press was citing Orton's July trade request, although the story as it was read said nothing of a summer demand. Regardless, it now appears Orton has not requested a trade. That doesn't mean he won't be traded if the Broncos can find a suitor before Tuesday, of course.
