Texans agreed to terms with No. 68 overall pick WR DeVier Posey on a four-year contact. Posey drew mixed reviews during the Texans' offseason program, but is still expected to have a role in the offense as a rookie. He's behind fellow rookies Lestar Jean and Keshawn Martin in the competition for No. 3 receiver duties, however. Posey was suspended for all but three games of his senior season at Ohio State. He's off-the-radar in redraft leagues.
