Cooks brought in seven of 10 targets for 102 yards and two touchdowns in the Texans' 30-16 win over the Jaguars on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Cooks led Texans pass catchers across the board and paid big dividends from a fantasy perspective with 22- and 43-yard touchdown grabs that bookended the scoring for Houston on the afternoon. The speedy veteran leveraged his elite wheels on both scores but particularly on the latter, when he took a screen pass and outraced multiple defenders up the left sideline to the end zone. Cooks has shown very good chemistry with rookie quarterback Davis Mills in the first two games of the latter's latest starting tenure, eclipsing the century mark in each contest. The well-traveled wideout will have the opportunity to extend that streak to three when Houston hosts the Chargers in Week 16.
