Ingram (knee) is likely to be one of 14 starters that won't suit up for the Saints during Thursday's game against the Bills, Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reports.

Glazer's report falls in line with an earlier report from Ian Rapoport of NFL Network suggesting that Ingram faced an "uphill battle" to gain clearance to play.
