Stacy was carted off the field with an apparent leg injury right before halftime of Thursday's game against the Bills, Chris Brown of the Bills' official website reports.

Stacy got his leg pinned underneath him while returning a kickoff on the final play of the first half. He was down on the field for a few minutes before being carted off to the locker room. With Stacy presumably out for the rest of the game, Stevan Ridley will be the lone running back behind Chris Ivory, who could now see more snaps on passing downs.
