Sixth-round pick Alfred Blue is competing for the Texans' No. 2 running back job.Andre Brown remains the favorite to back up Arian Foster, but Blue could potentially be part of a committee if Foster missed time. The Texans apparently don't trust Brown on third downs, though pass blocking was a strength of his in New York. Foster will have a full-time role provided he stays healthy. Blue looks like a good bet to make the Texans' 53-man roster. Dennis Johnson and Jonathan Grimes are the only other running backs on the depth chart.
