Simon, who had 5.0 sacks in 2015, made some big plays during preseason, forcing the coaching staff to find a spot for him in the starting lineup. As such, defensive coordinator Romeo Crennel moved Jadeveon Clowney to defensive end in order to get Simon on the field.
