Pascal has signed his restricted free agent tender, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.

The Colts' use of a second-round tender all but ensured Pascal wouldn't receive an offer sheet. He'll stick around in Indianapolis, where T.Y. Hilton, Michael Pittman and Parris Campbell represent the competition for playing time at wide receiver. Pascal had a top-three role for most of last season, but he could drop down to No. 4 if everyone is healthy (a big 'if') in 2021.
